Charles (“Chip”) Lee was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with an emphasis in litigation. During law school, he served on the Missouri Law Review and represented the State of Kansas in criminal proceedings as an intern. Chip was also recognized for his skill in advocacy, representing the UMKC Mock Trial Team at various competitions across the United States.

As a highly experienced civil litigation attorney, Chip has dedicated his career to representing clients in a variety of legal disputes including representing victims and survivors of sexual abuse and other personal injury matters such as motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and wrongful death claims. He understands the devastating impact that personal injury and sexual abuse can have on an individual’s life and is passionate about fighting for his client’s rights. Chip takes the time to thoroughly understand his clients’ circumstances and needs, and then develops customized legal strategies to achieve their goals.
