He’s earned numerous accolades throughout his career, most recently honored by Missouri Lawyers Media as a 2021 ICON Award winner.
David Mayer has received the Super Lawyers recognition for more than 15 years. For more than two decades, David has advocated for and obtained justice for those who have been sexually abused or harmed by the negligence of others. For his dedicated work, David has earned awards and accolades from various organizations such as the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys, where he was named a Top 10% attorney for client satisfaction, and a Top 100 Attorney by the National Trial Lawyers and American Society of Legal Advocates. Dedicated to giving back, David volunteers his time for legal aid programs throughout Missouri and Kansas and serves on boards of various non-profit organizations, including MOCSA.
Amir Ardebili has been recognized as a Rising Star since 2017 and was named a Super Lawyer in 2021. A champion of social justice and as Of Counsel at Monsees & Mayer, P.C., Amir spends his time vigorously advocating for the rights of individuals.His primary areas of practice are employment law, consumer protection, business litigation, legal malpractice, personal injury and criminal defense. Amir has contributed considerable pro bono work defending the rights of those who are unable to obtain legal representation.
Robert “Bobby” Thrasher has been recognized as a Rising Star in Missouri since 2019. He focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, representing clients who have incurred loss as the result of the negligence or recklessness of other parties. Throughout his career, he’s successfully worked on defective product, motor vehicle accident, sexual abuse, premises liability, nursing home negligence and hunting accident cases. He was named shareholder of the firm in 2021.
Since 2019, Phillip “Reed” Martens has been recognized as a Rising Star. A tireless advocate for each and every one of his clients, Reed has successfully obtained millions in recovery and settlements for survivors of sexual abuse and assault. Reed was named shareholder of the firm in 2021 and serves as the vice president of the Platte County Bar Association and within the Young Lawyer Committee for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
Ryan Frazier was first recognized as a Rising Star in 2020. Leading our Springfield, Missouri, office, Ryan is dedicated to helping survivors of sexual abuse, specifically representing minors abused while under the care of boarding schools, medical providers, schools or foster homes. He also fights for victims of motor vehicle accidents, hunting accidents and other personal injury matters. In 2021, he was named shareholder of the firm. Ryan is actively involved in the community, serving as a board member within organizations including the Ozarks Counseling Center, Encompass Academy and Springfield Ducks Unlimited.
