Pedestrian Accidents in Kansas City

Based on data published by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, one pedestrian is killed in a car crash roughly every other hour, and another pedestrian sustains traffic-related injuries approximately once every eight minutes. Pedestrian-involved accidents are particularly serious because pedestrians lack the protections that the occupants of the car are afforded.

Considering that pedestrians are exceptionally vulnerable against much larger motor vehicles, seeking the counsel of a personal injury attorney in helping you receive compensation for any resulting damages will be crucial to your claim.

A Missouri pedestrian accident attorney will understand the legal system, Missouri traffic laws, and how to deal with big insurance companies that would otherwise try to bully you into a smaller settlement.
