Fenton, MO (March 16, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident Sunday evening sent two drivers to area hospitals with serious injuries.

At 5:25 p.m., on March 15, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to an auto accident on Highway 30. Reports from the MHP indicate that 42-year-old Joseph M Bilyk was traveling east along Highway 30 in a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe.

At the same time, a 2002 Chevrolet S10, driven by 34-year-old Cody Crun, was stopped in the lane turning lane at the intersection with Delores Drive. As Bilyk passed through the intersection, his vehicle collided head-on with the Chevrolet.

Both Bilyk and Crun were transported to Mercy Hospital South via ambulance for treatment to moderate injuries.

At this time, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating.

Our thoughts are with both Joseph M Bilyk and Cody Crun at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
