David M. Mayer is the managing shareholder of Monsees & Mayer, P.C., in Kansas City, Missouri, where he focuses on advocating for victims of sexual abuse, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. David’s academic journey began with a double major in Political Science and Economics at Boston College, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, where he was a Victor Wilson Scholar and received the American Jurisprudence Award. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, the U.S. District Courts for both states, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
Beyond his legal work, David is committed to community service, volunteering for legal aid programs throughout Missouri and Kansas and serving on various nonprofit boards. His dedication to both his clients and his community reflects his deep commitment to justice and advocacy.
