Drexel, MO (March 20, 2020) – A two-vehicle collision on Thursday evening left two people with serious injuries.
On March 19, at around 5:20 p.m., 32-year-old Brittany Nieder was traveling north along Route Y in a 2005 Ford F-150 when her vehicle collided with a 1999 Chevrolet S10, driven by a 17-year-old male, at the intersection with County Road SW 3002.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage in the collision, rendering the Chevrolet totaled. They were both towed from the scene.
Both Nieder and the teen were rushed to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
At this time, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating.
