Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in Creve Coeur
Pedestrians often suffer significant injuries when they are hit by a car. The seriousness of those injuries hinges on several different factors, including the speed at which the car was moving and the precise point of impact. Being hit by any motor vehicle has the potential to forcefully toss the victim, which will only complicate their injuries further when they undergo a second impact as their body strikes the ground.
If you were sustained pedestrian impact-related injuries that were caused by a careless driver, you are entitled to file a claim of personal injury against the at-fault driver.
Our Missouri personal injury attorneys understand the legal system, Missouri traffic laws, and how to deal with big insurance companies that would otherwise try to bully accident victims into small settlements.
