Christy McNeely is a natural go-getter and is instrumental in helping our legal team overcome obstacles for our clients. As a paralegal at Monsees & Mayer, she plays a vital role in assisting our attorneys with trial preparations, document organization and client communication.
With 34 years in the legal field, Christy possesses a solid foundation in paralegal studies and has acquired specialized expertise in personal injury and sexual abuse cases. Her favorite part of this job is interacting with clients. She always wants to remind clients that we will keep them informed on the process, but most importantly, we believe them.
Christy is a Missouri-native, originally from Springfield and continues to work there today. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her five children and six grandchildren. She is also an avid hiker, enjoys traveling, gardening and she frequently goes to music festivals and concerts.
In the Community
Christy has always enjoyed being involved in her community. She is incredibly passionate about providing support for people who are unsheltered. She volunteers one night monthly to the local shelter for women who are unsheltered, Safe to Sleep, in Springfield, MO.
Christy also volunteers at the center for her church. She has also volunteered for many years at The Fairbanks Community Center, participates in the Earth Day festival and local LGBTQ+ events.
